Koov AI for Zoom – Documentation

A guide to adding, using, and managing the Koov AI app in Zoom meetings.

Adding the Koov AI app to Zoom

  1. Go to the Zoom Marketplace and search for "Koov AI", or open the Koov AI app page directly from your invite link.
  2. Click Add to install the app to your Zoom account.
  3. Authorize the requested permissions (e.g., joining meetings as a participant, accessing meeting data needed for the AI assistant).
  4. Complete the setup. Koov AI will appear in your Zoom apps and can be used in scheduled or instant meetings.

Using Koov AI in your Zoom meetings

  1. Start or join a Zoom meeting as usual.
  2. Open the Apps menu in the meeting toolbar and select Koov AI.
  3. Click to add Koov AI as a meeting participant. It will join the call and listen to the conversation.
  4. Koov AI can take notes, summarize discussions, and assist in real time. Use the in-meeting controls to pause, resume, or adjust settings as needed.
  5. After the meeting, access summaries and notes from your Koov AI dashboard or via the link provided in the meeting.

Removing the Koov AI app from Zoom

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal at zoom.us.
  2. Go to Apps → Manage (or Installed Apps).
  3. Find Koov AI in the list of installed apps.
  4. Click the app, then select Uninstall or Remove.
  5. Confirm the removal. Koov AI will no longer be available in your Zoom meetings, and any stored meeting data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
